Approximately 60% of St Ives residents have their security alarms linked to the front guard gatehouse for monitoring purposes. You must have an outside security alarm company complete the hookup to the front gate. Some insurance companies give a sizeable discount to your Home Owners insurance policy if you use this service.
Our Security service provides total access control to all resident and commercial vehicles entering our gated community.
